To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Received this yesterday and quickly took to getting it all set up. There is definitely some back and forth with the settings to get it working as smoothly and predictably as I wanted but it does work very well so far. Updated the firmware to version 1.15 (current) and mouse tracking did improve (was originally shipped with 1.13). I was using a FragFX before and there is no support there with no devices current. Rather than invest in a company I cant reach out to I decided to try this. I'm used to the Frag device so this is a little different, but I feel like with just a little seat time behind it I will be back up and working perfectly. Do not plug this in, have a glitchy mouse, and assume its a bad product. It is FULLY customize-able and tun-able. Use the app and get it set up to your desired sensitivity and speed.
Flat out does not work in the US. There are no English drivers and the Japanese drivers don't seem to work either (although I don't speak Japanese). The Hore Pro drivers aren't compatible either.
Since this is a niche product, there aren't many places to go to troubleshoot.
Great as long as you don't mind messing with settings a bit. For PS3/PS4 use it's undeniably better than using a controller, but getting the mouse to feel right will take a lot of tweaking for each game. The software asks for sensitivity, acceleration, and dead zone settings for each game. These take a while to understand what each setting changes, but once you do you'll perform much better in any given console FPS. PC use takes tweaking too as most games I've played don't recognize this as a controller and I've had to use Joy2Key more often than not. That said, I definitely prefer this to my keyboard now that I've gotten the hang of using it.
Thought this mouse-controller combo would give me an advantage and be easier to point-and-shoot but it's not. I went back to a controller and made adjustments to my liking within the Accessibility PS options. The build quality of Hori is good though as I've used other controllers. This product was not for me.
Really hard to use. Doesn't feel natural whether you used to controller or keyboard and mouse. Also sensitivity doesn't go high enough. Disappointed I spent $100 on this.
Disappointing, i wanted something to replace my ps3 nav on pc but this controller is just uncomfortable, the touchpad is unnecessary, and it could've been replaced by just a normal button.
