this is the absolute best toothpaste you can use I've been using it for a long time now it is total that's what it means it does brighten your teeth it does freshen your breath it does everything anti-cavity I love this toothpaste I've had dentist tell me to go with Crest I do not know why but this is the best toothpaste I have found and the price in this quantity last me a long time I purchase everything on Amazon prime and I a single person but this works well for me I only have to purchase about once a year
