I love using this cocoa in my choc. cakes/cupcakes. However, I was disappointed that Amazon put it in one of their shipping bags vs. a small box. It was a mess when I opened it. It looks like it popped a hole it. My last 2 packages from amazon came damaged though, which never usually happens. Took 1 star off only for packaging purposes.

I use this to make my daily hot cocoa (with a dash of cinnamon, boiling water, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, monk fruit sweetener, and coconut whipped cream) in a blender cup with my little milk frother and it's yummy. But I swear, if they hike the price much further I will come back here and 1-star diss it from here to eternity.
And you have to risk the dopes who package it cutting open the bag... I've had to "reseal" the otherwise good bag with packing tape when it arrived with a giant cut gash in one side... yeesh.

If you're looking for a sharper, more bitter dark cocoa taste, this isn't your product (nor would any dutch coca be what you want). Don't just go by the reviews when ordering a cocoa powder, research the different kinds and know what type you should get based on the flavour you want. If you're like me and prefer a smoother, more "milky" tasting cocoa (it pretty much tastes exactly like the cocoa in hot chocolate mixes), this is a must-try. I will definitely be repurchasing!
