There are better yoga videos out there. Her tips are helpful, but this DVD requires quite a bit of upper body and core strength. I practice yoga daily, and it is def "power" yoga. Not for those new to yoga or looking for a nice flow.
Awesome 20 minute work out. The best part of this video is that Erica takes the time to make sure she explains the proper way to hold a pose and she reminds you throughout the workout how you should be holding your body and which muscles you should be engaging. I am able to apply these mini-lessons to other workouts and this has definitely helped to greatly improve my plank!
If I was more advance in practicing yoga I would give it a 5 star rating. If you're a beginner I recommend a different video. I did enjoy the workout, it's a little faster pace and you definitely feel the results the next day.
This is a good beginner basic yoga stretch video. It is very slow, short and easy (except for maybe the leg jumps). Calling it Power Yoga is not accurate. You will not lose weight doing this video. It needs a new name.
