If I was more advance in practicing yoga I would give it a 5 star rating. If you're a beginner I recommend a different video. I did enjoy the workout, it's a little faster pace and you definitely feel the results the next day.
I guess I should have realized this was yoga for weight loss which is a disappointment. My fault, yoga is so much more than that. It 's ok you want to take yoga to lose weight but a teacher to teach a 20 minute yoga that starts so quickly and ends so abruptly is just wrong. This is not yoga at all. Will not this video again. It will probably hurt someone if you do this first thing in the morning without proper warm up.
