This has been a miracle for my skin. I'm a woman in her late thirties still dealing with hormonal acne. Every month for as long as I can remember, my cheeks, chin, and jawline were actively breaking out for a week during my period or immediately after, and then took another week or two to heal. I've tried so many things over the years - soaps, creams, supplements, oils, antibiotics, birth control pills. Birth control pills were the only thing that worked for me, but about 5 years ago, I decided I didn't want to be on them anymore and my face has been a mess once a month since. But a month and a half ago, I ordered this Kate Blanc Organic Rosehip Seed Oil and one other product - a 10% niacinamide and 1% zinc solution from The Ordinary. After I received these two products, I stopped using everything else. Every night I wash my hands with soap and water, then rinse my skin in warm water only, dry it, and rub 3-4 drops of this rosehip seed oil into my skin. During the days when my skin breaks out, I also apply 3 drops of the niacinaminde/zinc solution once or twice a day, but not at the same time as the rosehip seed oil. For me, the combination has been incredible. My skin looks the best it has looked since being on birth control. I can't believe the change in my skin. This rosehip seed oil is the best moisturizer I've ever used. The texture of my skin has changed. It used to be a bit rough, and bumpy, and dry. My skin has become so soft - seriously, like a kid's skin! I still get a few pimples during my period, but they are teeny tiny and they heal up in just a couple days, instead of itching and hurting and being huge, inflamed, and angry for a week, and taking another week or two to heal. My old acne scars are healing too.
I wish I'd taken before and after photos. The change has been so dramatic. I don't even need to wear makeup anymore! I couldn't be happier. I don't write reviews often, but I'm writing this in the hopes that this product helps others the way it has helped me. I know acne has multiple causes, and a fix for one person might do nothing for someone else, but since this is so simple, safe, and inexpensive, it doesn't hurt to try. I highly recommend the niacinamide/zinc solution by The Ordinary too (also inexpensive). Because I tried both products at once, it's hard for me to say which one is the miracle, or if it has been the combination. My skin looks so gorgeous right now, I'm not willing to stop using either product to find out!

Purchased this in hopes of clearing up my acne skin, but it didn’t really do anything. It is moisturizing though and not sticky; however, it didn’t stop my acne, but also didn’t cause it (this product did not cause a breakout).
Anyways, I’m not sure if this is just how Rosehip Seed oil smells like or if it is just this product, but it literally smells like an awful smelling coffee shop—doesn’t smell like coffee beans but it genuinely smells like bad quality coffee. I don’t know how else to explain this scent.
