Very easy to assemble. Used this to replace the crappy connector on my Smittybilt winch. Smittybilt decided to use the wrong gender for the connectors, which could be dangerous.Replaced the connectors and the panel mount was roughly the same size as the Smittybilt one.I previously relocated the panel mount connector from the relay box up to the front grille for ease of accessibility.I was going to use a plastic circular connector from Molex or Amphenol, but was unsure how well the plastic can resist UV degradation.We will see how well the chain or the plastic fares up to Hawaii weather.
