I was skeptical at first to try since other products I have tried were not working. Since it has good reviews Im glad i purchased it. Ok so It makes you go to the loo a lot of times and voila you just lost that pound. The first time i took it I experience having cold hands, had to go to the gym to shake it off. I lost 4.4lbs in two days. I suggest to drink lots of water. Recently one of my friends had to borrow my uniform for work, she is a size 44 and Im a 40 she has a tiny waist though and a big bum. I gave her some tablets and ask her to take 2 per day for consecutive days until the day she has to wear my skirt. I could see her face and body become thinner though my skirt were still tight on her but she shrinked compared to the day I last saw her.(True story)She ask me to purchase a bottle for her whenever I visit the states. She didnt experience any side effects. She's just very happy with the product. As for myself I wont take this everyday only if I have to , esp when I eat food with too much sodium in it that makes my face look like a balloon. I also would like to mention I think its also an appetite suppresant . Good product and will purchase again

This stuff is MAGIC!!!!! my ankles and lower legs have been painful & swollen for 6 months.... I think as a result of RA, but Dr wouldn't do anything to help except recommend compression socks ---- eeekkkkk --- THAT wasn't happening. I saw the review on here with the before and after photos of the woman's swollen feet and thought it was worth a shot. I took 1 pill, and THE SWELLING AND PAIN IN MY ANKLES AND CALVES IS GONE. Seriously. It's a complete miracle. I never would have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Every time I wore socks for the last 6 months, they made horrible cut marks in my ankles and lower legs, but now I've got my pre-swollen ankles and legs back!!! No sock marks, no pain. I still don't know the root cause of why my ankles & claves were swelling, but at least this stuff treats the symptoms and lets me live again!!! I take 1 pill, once a day. And, BTW, I have a job where I stand on my feet for 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, and have for many, many years. Buy this if you have swollen ankles or calves. It's a God Send.

I'll give this one 4 stars because of the unexpected side effects, but you may not experience them the way I have. Long story short, this stuff works. I've had persistent fluid retention in my ankles for a couple years and within a day, the swelling had started to reduce.

Fair warning, TMI ahead. But sharing is caring.

Day 1: The bottle arrived. I took a pill with my next meal, gulping down glass after glass of water to give it lots to work with. Fast forward a few hours, already the swelling is going down in my ankles. Awesome!

Then the other effect happened.

The Colon Cleanse. (It deserves capitalization, believe me.)

While we can all stand with a good cleanse, there's a point at which one says, "The tank is empty, enough is enough." I've now been cleansed of meals past, present and future.

Me being me, smelling the scent of scientific discovery (no pun intended), I kept at it.

Day 2, per the instructions (up to 2 pills per day, 1 at a time), I took one pill at breakfast, one at dinner. Again with lots of water. The dry mouth was a new thing. And not a good one. Plus my stomach was super unhappy. On the other hand, almost all the swelling in my ankles was gone.

Day 3, I decided to give it a rest, not take a pill and let things settle. Oh, look, swelling is back.

Day 4, late afternoon, I took a pill. Woke up in the middle of the night with a rampant cleanse. That was a miserable hour.

Day 5. Exhausted and a little scared, I waited until dinner time. (Yes, I'm stubborn.) Took a pill 3 hours ago. The tummy rumbling has started, and my mouth is dry. But the ankles are doing great.

I'm probably sensitive to one or more of the herbal ingredients. My stomach has always been a pansy. I'll keep trying a few more days, because it's wonderful to see my anklebones again. I don't recall reading other reviews that mentioned these side-effects, you may not experience them at all, and I can happily testify that Water Away works fast to reduce fluid retention.

***I chose to buy this product, and review this product, and didn't get anything free or discounted from the company. (Probably not a surprise.)***

I used this product to get rid of some bloat I had gotten from this past winter and staying at home and eating so much damn food! Lol but in all seriousness I wanted to shed some extra water weight to have a not as full look all the time throughout the whole day. The first time I took the pill I noticed it right away. I would go to pee more often throughout the day and would not feel full at all through the day. I've been taking it for a couple weeks now daily and it really helps help me feel leaner and not so bloated. Only downside to using a diuretic for men is it will cause ED which sucks because it works for losing water weight but isn't worth it for your manhood not to be in check.

I was hyped to buy this after reading the reviews but unfortunately this product didn’t do anything at all for me. I drink the necessary amount of water and still nothing. I never expected a miracle pill but I did expect to urinate more and eliminate some extra fluid from body. Five days of taking this and no results not even minor results…. I’ve had better luck eating a watermelon to urinate more… oh yeah, you can’t return it either (not surprised)… I can’t speak for anyone else but this literally did nothing for me and I’m disappointed I can’t return it or get my money back

Update: The seller of this product reached out to me after my original review! First an apology was given to me & I greatly appreciated that! The seller then presented a solution to correct my concerns and I accepted! Although the product wasn’t effective for me it meant a lot as a customer to have the seller step in and work with me on this. For that I’ll give 3 stars instead of the original 1 star I gave as I had the chance to encounter a seller who actually cares about customers and their feedback!
