Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

I love retractable cables and USB-C is taking over. I love how they don’t get tied in knots and take up so little space.
I get full charging speed on my MacBook.
They’re a little tricky to retract sometimes — you don’t need to go all the way out to reel them back in, like some. Just go to the next click and release, usually.
These go great with the compact RavPower 61W GaN charger (B07TC53ZYD).

Update: ReTrak has a lifetime warranty and quickly replaced my cable. Kudos for customer service.
Update: It's really fragile. Never full extend it because the slightest tug after that will break the retracting mechanism. Second one broke on me in less than a year.

I ordered 6 of them over the last year, and the retraction mechanism on *ALL* them have failed in the same way. None of them retract anymore. Amazon US reviews confirm.
This product would be a waste of money at $5 each. They are not $5 each. Retrak has some serious gall charging premium money for this terrible product.
Buyer beware!
The first one stopped working in less than a week of use being plugged & unplugged 2–3×/day. While trying all 4 ports on my MBP the metal connector pulled right out of the plastic housing.
Returned it, received a prompt replacement, but that lasted 1 day after about 3 plug/unplug cycles.
