I have used this pan three times. I did not have to prep the pan with any baking spray since it has a silicone coating. I flipped the cake out of the pan ten minutes after removing it from the oven. It came out easily. The only thing I would change is to make the pan taller.

Cake came out like a dream!

I received this pan a few days ago and put it to the test this morning. I purchased it because I was tired of the performance of other non-stick pans. I was hesitant to not grease it, but decided the world would not end if this cake came out in pieces and I wanted to se if it worked as advertised. HELLO!!!! I did not grease and this cake literally fell out as soon as I started to tip it. Good thing I had a good grip on the plate, or it would have been on the floor. American made and well worth the money spent! I will definitely look into replacing other baking pans with their products. There were no defects noted, as some have stated and since my baking items are not going to the fair, nobody cares if there is a dimple or ding.

As stated, this pan is 100% NO PREP. I make pound cakes (at least 2 a week) and this pan released every time with no problem. I let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan (no longer than 10 min) and then turn it out. PERFECT! I do clean it with Dawn power cleaner foam (as recommended) about every 3rd or 4th use; otherwise, soap and warm water and then dry immediately with a towel and leave out to completely air dry for a little while before putting away. This pan is AMAZING!
