These arrived quick and came well packaged. You can install by yourself but would suggest having a second person hold the door against the jeep so it won't slide down. All the bolts have to come out in order to line up the steps to the hinges. I wish the bolts would go in flat or have a washer that would make the installation of the bolt more solid. Because of this i used some thread lock so that it wouldn't vibrate loose. People that see them are intrigued by them. Then they see how they work. Then they want to try it. I have a roof rack and it has made my loading time much faster. Also they have a locking, anti rattle design when the step is put away. I had an order from a 4 wheel parts supplier that had them on back order for about seven months that were slightly cheaper but that means nothing when you can't deliver a product. These don't stick out as far as I thought they would.

Love these, they work great to get to my roof rack on my jeep, and no need to drill into the body so no additional points for rust to start.
**Update April 23rd 2018** I bought these in early November 2017, loved them, great for getting up to my rack to put up/take down gear. Six months later and the powder coat is peeling off and rusting all over. This is a brand new Jeep and not only do these look horrible now but I'm concerned with rust migration. Don't buy these!
