I'm in my mid-thirties, and never been a tea drinker. I recently became intrigued by Teami blends, and have to say I LOVE IT. I am a tea convert. I mix mine with lemon and honey and it is a wonderful way to unwind in the evening. This is a great product!

This relax tea is the best tea ever. I can feel the relaxation the second i put it to my lips. I don't have a hard time falling asleep but I do have a hard time staying asleep at night. I'm up tossing and turning, or just get up ever so often. I had drank my relax tea with a little bit of honey to add a little sweetness for the past 3 nights, and let me tell you something I slept so good these past three nights without waking up during the night at all. I am so happy to have tried this. I will continue to use this and their other products as well. And I've had interaction with their customer service team and they awesome and friendly!!! Great product, great company as well. And now that they are on amazon is even better!!!! If you have a hard time unwinding or sleeping, I would highly recommend giving this product a try!!!

I swear by this tea. I have a 16 month old son who is going backward in his sleep habits, often waking up 2x/night. On top of that, I take tamoxifen for cancer survivorship, which does not let me sleep well at all. I get roughly 3-4 hours of good sleep a night. I found this product and it has been so helpful to actually getting good restful sleep, if even for a few hours. I look forward to it more than a glass of wine in the evening. The valarian root is something you don't find in sleepytime tea or others like that, and it really works.

I'm very happy with this tea. I've dried quite a few relaxing/before bed type teas and this is one of my favorites.

I do not like the flavor/taste of chamomile or valerian root teas. However in this tea, combined with its peppermint, yarrow, lavender lemon grass and orange peel, I don't taste either! I'm super happy with this as chamomile and valerian root are very relaxing and excellent for the body.

So, yes. I'm very pleased with this tea and highly recommend it to you.

I was worried that the valerian would make the tea taste strange, but the tea is good! It doesn't have a ton of flavor, but I like it. And most importantly, it made me relax and I'm actually tired. I have difficulty falling asleep (hence the middle of the night review), but I find my eyes very heavy right now which makes the tea a success.
