Pure Olive oil.
To be honest, I don't know a lot about olive oils. I like to cook and bake and most recipes call for EVO. I like this one because it is pure. I have tasted others, and for some reason they don't smell that great. Maybe they have been mixed with cheaper oils I really don't know. I made italian dressing with this, and it was very good. I have also made pizzas and spaghetti sauces and everything has been very good. The oil does make a difference.

This is a good Greek olive oil. Use it in cooking, baking, on bread, salads, and as a skin and hair conditioner. It does have a slightly bitter after taste, but it is very smooth. Bitter is a characteristic of fresh olive oil. Some think it is a sign of better quality product, because the polyphenol content changes during over time, so fresh olive oil can be more bitter. I like and use different different olive oils, so this is not a problem for me. It is a good value and I recommend it.
