    I didn't see it in the image but the tray does have a skull pattern on it. I was hoping for a smooth surface but this tray is great and I like the design. I still kept it even though it wasn't smooth because it's really cool and still worked for what I needed.

    The nooks and crannies are kinda hard to clean so using a small straw brush will help.

    My wife likes these more than we thought we would... We figured it would be super cheap and borderline diposable. It was not. Y I see no reason these won't last us many a halloween to come.
    The tray itself is made of decent plastic which feels to be the same type as the trays at fast Food restaurants. Jet black gloss finish with various sizes small grey skulls inlayed. We served hot hordueves on the 2 we purchased and saw no damage to the surface.
    I was expecting uniform generic white molded, however the skeletons on both sides have great texture and color shaping.
    They are rather small the usable dimensions without the skeletons is 12x9“ with a half inch angle lip on all sides. That was described in the amazon specs so no surprise there.
    If availablity is there we may buy more next year.
    If a large version is available I will definitely buy. (hint hint seller)

    All in all I felt I got good value for my money.

    Super cute for Halloween. Got tons of compliments. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because when I received it, the tray had scratches and scuff marks. I put candy on it anyways so it's not like you could see it, but just a bit disappointed a newly purchased item was delivered this way.
