We had been struggling with my 3 year olds eczema for about 2 months. It literally came out of nowhere and exploded all over his legs and bottom. We tried SO many things including changing his diet and using probiotics to heal his gut. Nothing was working.

This is the only thing that helped and it was right from the start. Gave him a bath with about 1/2 cup dissolved in the tub and the redness went away immediately and the skin was much much smoother after the bath. We've been giving him an oatmeal bath every other day ever since. For the most part it's kept the eczema at bay with just a few small spots on his shins. But no more constant itching or rough patches and I even think it's helping to fade the dark spots which he got from the irritation of the dry skin patches.

Highly highly recommend. Also, we follow up the bath with the Aveeno eczema cream or the Lush Dream Cream (both have oatmilk in them) and PRAYER!

Clean and very easy to use. We add this to our lye solution while making cold process soap.

Very good quality colloidal oats. Works well for my bath, helps with my sunburn.

I'm not sure why others are saying it's gritty. Mine always seems to be very fine.

The only downside is this product doesn't seem to be eligible for Amazon's Subscribe and Save service - it's probably the only product rn for which I'd use that!

It’s definitely oatmeal! 😀 However, I was expecting it to be ground to a super fine powder. This powder is good for exfoliation in a nurturing way. I use colloidal oats for face wash, lotion, and soap. For those it is suggested to get the cosmetic grade as it is smooth and super moisturizing without scratching your face. Unfortunately, this was not the cosmetic grade I was looking for. However, it was shipped super fast!

My dog has allergies from everything such as dry leaves to house dust. This is a must for him to have for his biweekly baths. Stopped his itching, paired with his meds, and made him a much happier doggo. Definitely recommend.

As other reviews have said, using Aveeno Baby Excema Therapy bath soak was getting expensive so I tried this as an alternative and it works even better, plus it doesn't have all the unnecessary added ingredients. Baby's skin was nice and moisturized. It is clumpier than the Aveeno but that's not a problem for us.
