I really wanted a stainless steel set. But decided against that style, because the reviews were mixed. and I didn't want my pans all scratched up by the steel finger things.
This pair did the job perfectly. I have small hands and it was OK. I was able to grip them, without any trouble. And they are Red, my favorite color.

They are extremely sharp and will easily cut your hands or fingers if you are quickly pulling a part some meat and get careless. Ask me how I know! On the plus side, they are razor sharp everywhere so they cut meat very well. Ultimately they are overpriced junk. Stamped steel, cheesy plastic handles, and misleading pictures.
