I love baking and trying new recipes, and for my boyfriend's birthday I wanted to make his favorite dessert that I've never attempted before. This type of pan was required, but I know I will be using it for other recipes as well. This pan worked PERFECTLY for the fruit tart I made. It was a crust that had plenty of butter in it, so I didn't feel the need to grease the pan. It stuck to the pop-out center just a tad, but probably because the crust baked around the edge of it. But I used a butter knife to gently pop it off the pan bottom and the tart came out beautifully.

This is one of the few pans we were missing in our baking sets. We love eating fruit tarts and not sure what took us so long to make our own but this perfect. The non stick works great. It has a beautiful color and it’s easy to clean. It does a great job baking the tart shell and staying in place. We can see this will last us for a long time!
