My anxiety is under control and I can sleep without anti anxiety meds

I apologize my review is a bit long but I feel it is important to explain how my situation was and the areas ZEN has helped improve.
I have been taking anti anxiety meds for 8 months now because I had insomnia for two years and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder. Although the meds worked to calm me and i could sleep, I felt fatigued most of the time but i did not relate this to the medication at that time. I also went to see my doctor because I started not sleeping again some nights and at the same time would not cope very well with stress at work which is a lot! My doctor advised increasing the dose to double. This is when i started seeking alternatives as i did not want to be overdependent on these meds. I purchased this product first because it contained the B complex and then the positive reviews from people who had suffered from anxiety.
When I received it i immediately stopped the medications i was taking for anxiety (I do not recommend this to anyone without doctors supervision, i took a personal risk) The first week i did not sleep very well, i would wake up in the middle of the night and not get sleep until early hours of the morning as my body was already used to the meds . I stuck with it for some reason and by the middle of the second week I was sleeping like a baby. After week 3 i noticed that i would fall asleep, stay asleep until morning. The other plus is that my fatigue is gone, I rise early and i find myself eager to make breakfast for my family and feel like i have more energy at work. Lastly the stress at work does not get me down like it use to. I am now ordering another two bottles so that i do not run out! Anxiety had become the center of my life but now i feel i have my life back and i would highly recommend ZEN. I hope my review can help someone, just like the other reviews helped me find this awesome product!

Zen Helped Me Get Through A Drastic Reduction In My Rx For Anxiety

I'm not making a medical claim for how this will work for others but it certainly made a difference for me. I have been taking a prescription medication for over two decades to manage my anxiety & although it was working, (due to lawmakers meddling) Dr's were made to drastically cut back on said rx's. I felt so out of control, (not just emotionally but physically) so I searched for something to ease my suffering. I was definitely skeptical at first, as I had tried so many different things over the years but I felt that I had to try this. Oh my goodness, I can't even put into words the difference that this product made for me! It's a very personal & sensitive subject but if I can help even ONE person to get through the absolute anguish that I felt & prevent even worse, then it's worth it for me to share this information. I feel that it took me about a week or two before I really felt calmer but that didn't surprise me. It often takes a while for things to start to make a difference, (at least for me). Everyone is different but I would recommend this whole heartedly. I also want to tell you that if you are going through anything close to what I was, do not give up! I know how bad it can be, I was there. Read about the benefits of ashwaganda, educate yourself & keep pushing through. There are natural remedies for the awful things that our bodies go through. For me personally, I added the Soothe product as well. I think that the combination is what really helped me get through the roughest part. I was having such a bad time, I was forced into a reduction in prescriptions for pain at the same time, which was really difficult in itself & then my dog died in the middle of it all. That was devastating for me & I wanted to go with him. When it rains it pours & it was quite a storm. I know that there are so many people suffering & I want to tell you to take care of yourself, take it one day at a time. Practice deep breathing techniques. Take a hot bath with epsom salt, do yoga, drink herbal tea, do whatever you need to do to comfort yourself as long as it's healthy. Take care of your body. Don't give up on yourself! Now, I can't attest to this helping me sleep because I take a separate supplement for that but as far as anxiety goes, I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found Zen when I did. If I could fly around & drop bottles of this from a plane, I would! If it's not you but someone you know who is suffering with anxiety or depression, do what you can to be there for them. They aren't going to ask. I don't know what else to say, I feel like nothing is quite adequate to explain how this has helped me. I'm not saying that things are perfect now. It's a struggle but it got so much better. It will get better. Hang in there.
