I run quite a lot on my Renegade -- an Apache Cassandra database, Nginx to serve up the database via web APIs, and a Python stack, as well as the PyCharm IDE for developing Python code. This keeps Renegade nice and cool through all of that.

Fit perfectly and keeps the processor cool.
Just be careful when installing it: the self-adhesive pad holds the sink nicely in place, but it takes a lot of pressure on the spring-loaded snap-fit pins to get them through the holes on the PCB and one of them is very close to the extremely sharp pins on the 40-pin header. When the pin finally goes through the hole, it does so suddenly and it's important that no part of your finger be over that header when that happens (as I learned painfully).

I am running a headless Raspbian image on my board. Immediately dropped my temps from 45 idle 55 with octoprint container running to 32 idle and about 45 with octoprint running. I didn't like how hard it was to push the tabs into the board, it was a little concerning but its on now with a little pushing.
