I have been taking 3g of this. I have been on and off it to ensure the side effects are caused by this product. Things I’ve learned:
It causes me to have stomach cramps and diarrhea. But when I divide 3g up over 3 doses per day (1 dose 3 times daily) I no longer have this issue.
I get extreme bloating from this product. I will start feeling lean - start back up taking this product. Then just a few days later I am extremely, uncomfortably bloated. I stopped taking it again 3 days ago and I’m already back down to my leanness.
For me, I will continue taking this again when I’m at my desired weight loss and my only goal is to gain muscle.

Formula has changed recently, getting less for same price

The measurement cup is a lot bigger in my new creatine tub, meaning the formula is being filled with additive (compare right to left in image). The unfortunate thing is that these reviews are giving an impression of the new formula, when they were actually referring to this older formula with a higher creatine concentration, and hence, more for your money.
