The Fosters is a fantastic show. As somebody who suffered a TBI many years ago, I respect that they are dealing with the aftermath of Jesus's injury in a realistic manner. It really is a very hard road to recovery. You always see shows where people suffer a brain injury and a day later they're just fine. That's just not how it works in real life!
Please ignore reviews from people who rate the show poorly because they failed to understand what a season pass is. Amazon is clear about what they're buying, but people don't pay attention. Do they really think Amazon is going to give them access to episodes before they're released? Seriously, half the season hadn't even be filmed yet!
Great show, great purchase. Disappointed to see people complaining there is "only one episode" because that is all they have aired so far. You aren't paying to watch it before everyone else.. Happy to watch my episodes on time as they air. Love the show
Love this show! Great family show, deals with diverse and controversial issues and puts them in a perspective that everyone can agree with. Also gives hope to all adoptive parents and foster children everywhere, something all kids should never grow up without.
This show is absolutely wonderful and it is the standard by which depictions of families in America should be measured!! Teri Polo and Sherri Saum bring their characters to life with tenderness, dignity, and the utmost class, not to mention stunning acting abilities. We need to see more beautiful representations of what families in our country really look like, this show opens hearts and minds with its excellent writing and integrity. I recommend it to everyone- regardless of their beliefs, gender, race, orientation, etc. This is a show about humans who love and take care of each other. Love is love.
Absolutely love this show. This is a great show for teenagers as well as adults im thirty and can't wait for a new episode every week. Glad when I miss it I can come here and buy the episode. You will love this show highly recommended
As a current foster youth myself, I have to say that this show covers the real issues with the foster care system and what life is like for us in a way that no other show does. Along with this it pushes many other current topics and tests the boundaries of what is considered to be "normal". It's eye opening, provocative, dramatic, and suspenseful at times while still being able to maintain an emotional rawness. I definitely have to say this is my most favorite current drama series.
