Customers like the shine, functionality, and print quality of the thermoplastic filament. They mention it has a beautiful shine and the finish on prints using this filament is amazing. Some say it works great at 200°C and is workable for printing coins. However, some customers have reported that the filament slips and doesn't stick to itself after getting extruded. They also dislike the thickness.

First... I tested in a small calibration part and a maker coin to test the material. There was perhaps a tiny bit more stringing than I've had in other filaments ... easily tweaked in the slicer settings.
I printed a couple of parts using "vase mode" (spiralize outer contour) and the results are absolutely exceptional! (for both my parts printed in gold and silver).
The "gold" has a gorgeous shine and is very bright. It actually looks like... well, gold, frankly. From a distance you wouldn't think it was a 3D printed part. If you print thing (e.g. vase mode), the gold is very slightly transparent (which you could probably play to your advantage if you want to give some a glowing look by lighting it from behind). The silver filament is a bit more dense ... even in vase mode where you just have a single wall thickness, light doesn't really shine through it (possibly a very bright light might). I have not yet tested copper.
I've been very happy with it and will certainly buy more whenever my current spools run out.
It snaps very easily when reloading your printer! I’ve only gotten 5 small items from it and all but 100g are gone! 😡
Many folks who have seen the final product have a difficult time believing it's plastic. This is my go-to for gold colored filament (I had tried matterhackers MH build gold, but that was more of a shiny yellow).
Someone else said 5 star reviews may be paid, but I've purchased every roll, and received no compensation for my review.
