It's a nice thick mat and it is pretty. I’m impressed by the thickness of the mat and it is surprisingly light. I have one petty complaint. Rather than the 72” length the product information says it is, it's really only 70.5” which you might be able to see in the photo where it is placed next to my Plyopic mat, which is 71” x 25.5”. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to that extra inch in length, not half an inch less. Obviously, this is the tiniest hang-up but for others who might be sticklers, it is not actually 72” long.

I purchased this along with a Healtyoga ProGrip and use the 2 together when I need extra cushioning or am extra sweaty. I can easily use it alone as it is plenty comfortable. But it is nice to double up when I am spending a lot of time on the ground. The mat folds easily so I have even used it to fashion a kneeling cushion or bolster when I need a little more padding.
It is also nice for when I practice outside as the towel side really does prevent the mat from getting icky while you work out. The colors are vibrant, as seen in the picture. Having the 2 Healtyoga mats I can use together or separately has really given me a lot of options and that has been great.
*Side note, The ProGrip is also a great quality mat, with alignment lines and a wonderful surface. I wanted both for home and am so pleased with how they work together.

This is a great yoga mat! I’m a new “yogi” and have got to say I love it! It’s the right amount of cushion and soooo soft! The other yoga mats I’ve looked at have a rubber like feel to them, not as soft as this one, I was a little hesitant to purchase this one especially since I couldn’t see it first hand but didn’t disappoint! Other comments I looked at said it warped in hot sun and for sure will! It does have a Do’s and Dont’s on the label one specifically “DO NOT LEAVE IN PLACES PRONE TO HEAT AKA HOT CAR TRUNK”. Understandable when it says it on the label of NOT TO DO’s . Also wasn’t expecting a even somewhat simple carrying sling that keeps the mat rolled up nicely! Overall love this mat and hope this helps future buyers!

I’ve been using this for a few months now and I’m very happy with it.
My only issues are I slide on it at first. If I spritz with water at first and as I get more sweaty then I have a better grip in poses such as down dog. I don’t use socks or gloves.
Also it holds a smell. I’ve been doing yoga for at least 20 years and none of my mats have ever had this funk. Other mats I’ve thrown in the washer with no issues and wipe down with a cleaner made with essential oils after every session, then roll up and leave in my car since I go to class several times a week. This may I follow instructions, don’t put it in washing machine and only wipe down with water but it will hold a smell. A good baking soda soak in the tub does fix that.
The design is great. I’m one of those who sees faces in most things so I see a lot of odd faces in the swirls which can be interesting.
Great mat over all and holds up well. I live way down South so while I’m used to leaving my mats in the car year round, I’m reading I should not do that with this mat once the swamp humidity and heat kick in so that will also be a small annoyance but one I can live with

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this mat! I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the $37 on a mat, but it's soooo worth it. At first I was skeptical because of the texture of the mat. It seemed like it would be so slippery, but when you're doing yoga, your hands and feet get a little sweaty and the grip on the mat is phenomenal! I used to have to use the grippy booties during regular yoga and a yoga towel for hot yoga, but this is so nice for both practices - I no longer utilize the booties or the yoga towel. I 100% recommend. I still have about 3 standard yoga mats at home plus one of those thick foamy ones, and honestly, I'm not sure I'd ever use them again after using this one. If you practice yoga, especially frequently, please, please, please get this mat because you won't regret it!
