UPDATE: I did get it to work eventually. As someone else mentioned, there were pins with little too no solder on them that had to be fixed. Also, pin 1 is located on the end with the power connector. Format the drive and copy the cabs to the CF card, Boot from a floppy or CD then run the setup from the CF. Good luck.
OLD REVIEW: There was no documentation whatsoever with this card. It did not even have pin 1 marked on the IDE connector. The computer did not recognize it so I tried it in another and it was not recognized there either. Maybe its a configuration thing, but with no documentation, I have no where to start. I upgraded my review to 4 stars because the other reviews say it worked right out of the box, I have to guess it is just a bad card. The return window has closed but that was my fault for taking too long trying to get it to work.

So let me start of by saying that this product dose indeed work. I'm using it as an IDE adapter for a CPM computer kit. The board adapts my 2gb CF card perfectly, however it didn't start that way. When I first hooked everything up, nothing happened. The disk activity lights on both the card and my disk expansion board stayed on, and the computer couldn't access the CF card. After examining the card I noticed that two of the pins on the master/slave select jumper hadn't been soldered down. The offending pins have been circled in one of the pictures I've uploaded, the pins had been fixed right before I took the photo. While this wasn't much of a problem for me to fix, as I have a fairly decent soldering iron, most other people don't have the tools or experience to solve this kind of problem.
