I got this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend since we live in a tropical country and he always runs hot. He absolutely loves it and has been using it quite literally everywhere - at home, in the office and even on the train! It’s everything he’s been looking for in a portable fan.

For those who are debating between the old version and this one, this wins hands down. Just solely based on the fact that the fan speed doesn’t slow down when plugged into a USB port makes it worth buying!

Pros:

Extended battery life (vs 1 battery only)
No change in wind speed when plugged in
Adjustable up to 350 degrees

Powerful wind for such a small fan

Very quiet (unless on full speed)

Cons:

As a grandparent, I bought this fan to attach to a stroller. Unpacking the fan I notice it was built with strong plastic giving it a solid weight, but not heavy. Included with the fan is a charging cable with a usb plug. The batteries are also included. The fan housing has a 5" diameter with the fan blades about 3". Standing on a table it's 8 1/2" tall. There's a knob that adjusts the variable speed easily by turning the knob. There's also a button next to the knob that gives the fan the option to oscillate. The fan can be clipped to an object or stand alone. It is attached to a spring clip allowing it to be attached to tables or in my case the stroller. The clip opens to about 1 1/2" wide. You can rotate the fan up and down as well as left and right. When you plug in the fan to charge there's a flashing red light. When the red light turn solid the batteries are fully charge. The batteries are rechargeable and standard batteries will not fit this fan. I charged the fan right out of the box until the light stopped blinking (about 2 hours). After charging I turned on the fan full speed. When the fan is on the light will turn blue. The fan is very quiet and surprisingly the volume of air movement is excellent. I could feel a strong blowing from 6 feet away. Very impressive. It's been 5 hours of continuous running on high speed and the fan just now stopped. This is a really good fan for all uses. Whether you're pushing a baby in the stroller or working on your car's engine this fan will give you good air movement. One other note. There was a card included in the packaging offering a two year warranty if you register online. You can't go wrong with this fan.

Multi-use fan with quality and durability.

I purchased this fan for my son’s stroller. Although this fan is a little bit bulkier than the Sky Genius stroller fan that is $19.99, it still hold the same durability, power, and quality. The oscillating feature is an added plus for my son so he doesn’t always have to feel the breeze on him. The non-slip pads make it easy to attach to his stroller in multiple positions (cup holder, canopy, or handlebars). It does take a bit of time for the fan the charge upon first charging but refueling doesn’t take nearly as long. The fan will also charge if you have a large enough portable power bank with you! I have taken this fan many times to Disney World and it has come in handy for my son and myself. It keeps its charge all day (we turn it off when not in use or in the A/C) and so far it hasn’t given up on us. Try it out for yourself!

Small but mighty!

I quite like this fan so far! I bought this fan for two reasons: 1. To use on baby's stroller on hot days (Disneyland) 2. To use in my car for the kids since there are no rear air vents (my 5 yo holds it).

The air power is great. I keep it low/medium when using on the stroller. It's pretty powerful. When it first arrived, I installed the batteries, turned it on and pointed it towards my husband a few feet away. He was impressed that he could feel it nicely.

It's a tad heavy with both batteries installed for me to be ok clipping it to the actual car seat (when not driving) but it clips well onto my Joovy Qool stroller. You don't need to use both but it'll last longer if you do. I haven't used it "all day" yet to confirm the battery life. I like that you can use it with only the USB cord as needed as well. I bring a battery pack to Disneyland to charge my phone on long days and I can also plug the fan into it.

I like the oscillate feature so the air isn't a constant stream on baby's face. I've also used it at the foot of the bassinet on warmer days. I don't currently have a use for the little pads it comes with because I don't use essential oils right now. Perhaps in the future I might.

I'm probably going to get another one because the 5 yo is jealous that this is the baby's fan but I think I'll take this one to use at work too on my desk.
