My wife and I have been using the UAG case for over 3 years now on our previous iPhone 6plus phones. Just got 2 more for the new phones, an X and an 8 plus. There was no question about which case to buy as the UAG has done a perfect job of protecting our phones for so long. Have had zero issues with case quality OR damage to our phones. The phones still look new after 3 + years of daily use. The UAG cases look great, protect great, and are not overly bulky in any way. It'll stay put when laying flat on most surfaces. Yet will slide in and out of a pocket easily. They don't interfere with charging plugs, speakers or the camera lenses. The control buttons are tactile and easy to use. Build quality could not be better. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that I'd like to see more colors and/or finishes available.

I bought this case for my iPhone XS about 18 months ago after I had messed around with some other cases. I always end up going back to UAG. I tried a couple otter box cases but they were just too bulky. This case is solid enough for probably 85% of people. It’s taken some abuse and been dropped on I don’t know how many occasions onto concrete, asphalt, and even down a flight of concrete stairs and the most I’ve done was had to replace a screen protector after falling face down on gravel. The case does show some wear and tear but after so long it’s going to. Especially after some of the falls it’s taken. When I purchase my next phone, I won’t mess around like I did last time and I’ll just order one of these. I would highly recommend one of these cases for their durability and design. If it looks a little too “tacticool” for you, try the plyo series. I got one for my mom in clear and she loves it.

First I’ll say out of the package appearance was amazing! Looks so nice on the phone too! The case is durable and has the nice rubber feel for grip in all the right places and the drop protection is phenomenal!

I do have one thing I was surprised at when I opened the box, some of the cases are not a solid color, meaning that the color of you phone (space grey/or silver) will affect the overall appearance of the case color. I’m not sure if that’s a well known thing or they are all like that or what but I didn’t expect it. Not to worry the color I choose goes great with the space grey iPhone and I am happy.

I have had several UAG cases fro my iPhones. The price is very competitive for the case quality. I have yet to have a phone break as a result of a drop. The case is so good, I left a phone on the roof of my care, drove about 2 miles and then by a stroke of luck, retraced my route and found the phone in the middle of a 2 lane highway. Crazy. Screen was shattered and battery shorted, but I was able to resurrect the phone with replacement parts. The case is scuffed, but completely usable. I can't say of the phone was run over, but I know I was moving close to 50 MPH when it finally flew off. Note the phone took a 2 mile ride down a steep, twisty hill before I even got to the highway. The corners of some of the UAG cases have a tackier plastic, which seems to be a smart design.

Looks very cool with the Silver Finish of the iPhone X.
The clear plastic can scratch easily but it’s barely noticeable (durable material overall, more of a cosmetic thing).
Had the Plasma Series on iPhone SE before. One of the best cases I ever had in protecting the phone while having an awesome look.
The only issue, debris would collect from within the case through time (like sand) and would be noticeable. It seems that this iPhone X Plasma Series does a better job at keeping debris out though.
UAG is a very good brand with a reputation of style and solid protection. Would recommend their products to everyone with any type of device.

This case has a badass, rugged military look. The materials feel premium and appears as if it would be durable, although it hasn't endured a drop yet. In spite of its rugged design, the case isn't really bulky and is pretty lightweight. The XS is a pretty slender phone though. I'm not sure how this case would feel on the Max.

I have two case for the XS: a slim clear one, which is my day-to-day, and this UAG case for whenever I'm in a situation that I'm more likely to drop the phone, like a night out drinking or out on a hike, something like that.
