I use this product for pancakes, French toast, bacon, hamburgers, fried onions and many other things. I had a toastmaster before, and the quality was great, and this was the main reason that I bought another one. The only downside this time is that the grease catcher or run off collector had a crack in it, and it broke. Not sure if you can just get this part replaced as I haven't called anyone about it. I wouldn't let it stop me from buying a toastmaster griddle as I believe it was just something that happened.
The griddle itself is fantastic.
