Doesn't have the solid feel/construction of my factory supplied probes
I ordered these probes as to replace and be a back up for my factory BK Precision probes after one of the 1X/10X nubs came off one of my probes.What is good about these probes is the hook clips and alligator ground clip have good tension on them. The slide switch to change from 1X to 10X has a positive click and feel to it.What could be improved is the the part that covers the compensation screw slips around so I twisted the cover into position to allow the compensation tool to have a direct path to the screw. The compensation screws were easier adjusted using a 1/16" blade mini screwdriver. The plastic dual bladed (flat on one side, cross blade, not a Phillips head, on the other) compensation adjustment tool didn't grip securely and the tips became damaged.I had a slight leading edge rise I tried to flatten out but couldn't get it flattened out so after awhile I resorted to using my mini screwdriver to compensate Channel Two probe. Which I will use from now on.The BNC connections aren't as tight as my factory probe and the factory probes collars around the compensation screws had no play whatsoever.For the money, don't expect the "feel" of factory supplied probes.

The tips on the prob are made of wider metal loop than most. They don’t have a lot of clamping pressure and do not grab small wires tightly enough to make a good connection. They do work adequately, but are not exceptional.
