Love Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 GF flour! This was a great product for my baking needs. Sadly, the box came opened and one of the bags inside was open; what a flour-y mess! Amazon did take care of me with a product refund for the unusable product. Would purchase again.

Make some dutch babies.

This is my double recipe

Preheat oven 450F
6 eggs
1 cup whole milk (don't use almond milk)
4 pinches kosher salt
Table spoon vanilla
Cap of almond extract
6 tablespoons spoons of sugar you can dial this back
Blend till mixed
Then mix in 1for1 flour - 1 cup
+
Once oven to temp 3 tablespoon butter into each pan I use two all clad 12 inch steel pans
Once butter melted pour half batter in each
Then 14 mins then walk over turn oven off then hit it for 4 more

For years I used almond flour, mixed with xantham gum and other non wheat flours, and nothing ever worked! I found Bob’s 1-2-1, and it was like baking with flour again! All my old baking recipes work again by just substituting Bob’s 1-2-1 flour for the wheat flour. Really amazing! When my grocery store stopped carrying it, I was relieved to find it on Amazon!
