    I am so glad I bought this speaker. Hands down one of the best speakers I have experienced in my entire life. This speaker is gorgeous and can shine any room. Jazz, Blues, Rock, Classical sound like you are in the front seat of the concert. This is seriously great speaker.Connecting to wifi took some time due to not very UX on their app and some connectivity issues. But once I scrolled right on wifi speakers section of app and selected the right A9 I was able to connect after one restart of the speaker.Absolutely amazing for serious music lovers.

    I won’t go on and on about how the speakers sound so Scandi Crisp or anything like that (If you’ve listened to other Scandinavian speakers you know what I’m talking about) but I will tell you that this is a speaker system that makes you fall in love with listening to music all over again.     B&O advertises that this 4th generation speaker includes Google Assistant voice features. The version that is sold by Amazon does not have google voice assistant.

    I tried everything to make it work. After being on the phone for hours with B&O phone support, they advised me to bring my A9 to my local B&O store to check for defects. None were found, so they sent me to B&O warranty. Eventually I was told the following:

    "Below is a direct quote from Bang & Olufsen support "After a careful investigation using the serial number of your device, we realized that your unit is designed for another region and most importantly is a non-GVA (Google Voice Assistant) version."

    Since it took b&o support over a month to tell me that my unit does not have google voice Assitant. Amazon refused to let me return the unit and offered no other option.

    A perfect tribute to all music artistes who want the listener to critically hear the music straight from the instruments. Listening to The Living room Sessions by the Legendary Sitar Maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar brings tears to my eyes while I also overflow with joy! Every instrument is heard in utmost clarity, right from the vibration of the strings, to the reverb of a diaphragm on a drum. You can hear background noises in the recording. Norah Jones 'Come away with me' actually has background 'rain'! I had never heard these nuances before, Thank you Bang and Olufsen! If only it had bluetooth 5.0, it would have been perfect artistically and technologically!

    The sound is really great with this system, even the subtleties of the high and low notes. Initially I had some challenges pairing it up through the app to Bluetooth, however in hindsight I think that may have bee more of a user problem rather than the system itself. I ended up changing the cover to a design I like through SkiniPlay and purchased the wall bracket to mount it on the wall - so there are ways to customize the look and feel as well.
