Works great with my TRRS Headset as well as my TRS Headphones with both my Note 10+ and my PC (Windows 10 Pro). I plugged it into a USB C to USB A adapter, into my usb port on my PC and Windows detects it as (Hi-Res Audio-BY). I was able to select (2 channel, 24 bit, 96000 Hz (studio Quality)) as my output device and (2 channel, 24bit 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)) as my input device. Works great as a USB DAC. Build quality seems to be very good for the price. Yes I could recommend these.
Great value for the price! It works perfectly with my phone and headphones. the quality of sound is the same (when comparing to my headphones & computer sound quality; and my headphones, phone, and this adapter sound quality) - the quality of sound is not interfered with by this adapter! I also like how securely my headphone jack fits into it and it fits securely into my phone charge port; more durable than i expected and a snug fit so i don't have to worry about it becoming unplugged unexpectedly. I recommend it!
Works great for connecting headphones to my smartphone, which lacks a regular headphone jack. Also very durable- I've been using this at the gym for months with no issue, and it even went through the wash once (still attached to headphones) with no ill effects.
The only possible downside is that is does make the volume sound slightly quieter than using direct USB-C headphones, but turning up the volume on the phone a couple points fixes that pretty easily.
Earlier this week, I was a little irritated to discover the USB-C to headphone adapter that was included with my new Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e didn't work with my new Galaxy Note 10+. It seems the required DAC technology and/or pinout is NOT integrated within the USB-C interface on the N10 like it is on the S5e. Therefore, any "dumb" pigtail adapter will not work. Again, a pigtail with a quality external DAC is needed with the Note 10/+, such as the Samsung adapter offering, which is only available in WHITE as far as I can tell. There is NO way I am overpaying for a funky white pigtail on my pretty black N10+. I can only conclude the included AKG earbuds that where in the N10 box have the DAC integrated within the cable or earpieces themselves.
After some research, I ordered this BENFEI universal USB-C to 3.5mm headphone adapter from Amazon and awaited its arrival, which took place today. In summary, it looks great with the braided nylon outer sleeve, black finish, and snug fit both on the USB-C and 3.5mm plug side. Most importantly, it WORKS 100% with the N10 and even allows for accessory headset control!
Was curious how my Pixel 3a XL would sound using a plain USB-C to 3.5mm headphone adapter/USB DAC as I'm not too impressed with the AUX port. No clue where all my other ones that came with other phones went. Figured this was fairly cheap with good ratings so why not.
First impression was that it seemed well made with a durable feel, plugging it in I noticed it fits snug and secure even more so than Google's own charging cable or any other Iv tried.
Sound quality is great for a $10 dongle! Too me it sounds better than the built in AUX port, wish I knew exactly what DAC it uses, will look into that. Sounds as good as the FiiO BTR1K & BTR3 used as USB DACS. To compare it too an actual higher end USB DAC wouldn't be fair.
Both USB Audio Player Pro and Neutron Music players detect and allow for direct access.
Not really Hi-Res, everything says that these days but rarely is. So ignore that lol
Would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic/low cost USB-C to 3.5mm adapter.
I used this adapter to make an old set of AKG headphones work on my newer phones with no headphone jack. I actually find the sound quality using this adapter on older AKG Samsung earbuds to be more pleasing than the newer models that come with USB-C connection headphones. So sound quality is not an issue at all with this adapter. I really need a grab a few more of these so I can plug them into other headphone sets.
I highly recommend these to make old headphones work with newer Samsung Android USB-C plugged phones!
This adaptor was a major disappointment. I have a bunch of old headphones so i bought this instead of buying a new usb-c set of headphones. I bought two of them as I have a tendency to lose small little adaptors.
The adaptor to touch it feels like it's made of good quality materials. However within about 3 weeks of usage of one of the adaptors, i began to hear bursts of static. I switched to my other adaptor and the static went away. In about 2-3 weeks more of usage, the sound would start to cut out and stop at random intervals. I would then have to hit play again to listen to the podcast or the music i was listening to.
I had an adaptor from a different brand (combo headphone and usb charging adaptor), and when I used that, there would be no random stoppages.
Note that I was using these adaptors when i was in the gym exercising so they would have likely experienced a little more twisting/abuse vs a normal user. However the abuse was not over the top by any means.
Conclusion, I bought two of these adaptors, both broke in under 3 weeks.
I don't know if it is a software issue or what but 2 out of 3 times when i plug it in, the phone restarts.
The sound is great, volume controls and the microphone works without any problems.
Just to make sure, I got the Samsung converter and it never made my phone restart. It could just be my phone that this is happening to but I think it is worth knowing before buying this for the Note 10.
Ich schreibe hier eine Rezension für die Kopfhöreradapter USB C auf 3,5 Klinke von folgenden Marken: JSAUX, ACAGET, BENEWY, BENFEI unnd Samsung. 1.
