I don’t do much soldering but it do TRY to fix broken things when I can so for me this is exactly what I expected the snips are nice and very useful I wouldn’t try and cut anything to heavy with them in fear they might not stay sharp, the sucker does the job but is very cheaply put together (mostly plastic ) if soldering is an every once and a while job these are cheap and work great if you plan on soldering more than a couple times a year might want to invest in a better sucker
