I started taking this and I noticed with consistent use of about a week and a half my fingernails were thick and long. I purchased it to help with joint pain and will say I haven’t noticed an effect yet but again I’ve only been taking it for a week and a half.
I didn’t notice a bad smell or anything like some of the other reviews said. However, I am switching to a different brand of Collagen. I started having a reaction to this where my skin was itching and I believe I’m allergic to something in these so I am switching to a hypoallergenic brand but overall these were great and I would recommend them to anyone. Just can’t take them myself
