The yoga mat is very cute and so far has done its job. I am 6'0 and the size dimentions of it are perfect. I really like the feel of the material, its more comortable than other mats I have tried. It doesn't pull on my skin when applying pressure at an angle how other mats do. It is thin enough to fold easily and fit into a gym bag.

The only negative I can say it its stability for active standing exercises on carpet (soccer run, running in place, jumping jacks, skiers). Its completely fine for warrior 2, standing stretches, lunges etc.. There are no issues when on harder surfaces.
