Bewertet in den USA am10. August 2024Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufGood trustworthy power supply. Has worked flawlessly for 3 years now. The only complaint I have is the fan, it is pretty loud when it kicks in.

Bewertet in den USA am26. Dezember 2020Stil: LRS-350-12: 12 V/29 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufI used this power supply for some Ham radios. It worked well, and seems to power my radio stably. I don't have any insight into RFI since I was just doing some VHF/UHF stuff which isn't as susceptible.
The body is well built, I never heard the fan come on, even after a fair bit of power draw, and the whole thing is utilitarian design, but well built. Just be careful with the power lugs being exposed - it's not particularly safe, although the plastic separators makes it take effort to touch them. I put some electrical tape over the top after wiring it up to make it marginally safer.
There's no power switch. I just pulled the power cable from the wall.
Do note that it doesn't come with any cables (no wall cable, nothing), so you're on the hook for wiring it up to wall power, and then whatever connections you want. I bought an unterminated power cable from home depot to plug into the wall, and some various short jumper wires to the connectors I needed.
Even with the extra cables to buy and the limitations, it worked well and was a fair bit cheaper than a "ham radio" power supply.

Bewertet in den USA am9. Oktober 2024Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufPower supply was going out on my Ankermake M5. This was what the company recommended and the loud noise was gone.

Bewertet in den USA am23. Oktober 2020Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufReview of the MEANWELL LRS-350-24 DC switching power supply
TL;DR - The Meanwell power supply (sold by Hybridge) is a solid performer. Nice, slim case, able to fine-tune the voltage, and very clean looking inside. A solid buy.
Received the product in a timely manner. Boxed nicely, and included mounting feet (which is nice). Picture one reflects that. The unit is input voltage switchable (115v or 230v)
The unit internally has a nice clean layout. I did not look on the underside of the circuit board, only the top (pictured) side.
The fan is removable (if you wish to add another). 60mm square, 15 mm thick. There was a mention that the fan seems a bit loud, and I would concur. Also, trying to determine what triggers the fan to come on. The docs seem to indicate based upon thermal temperature, but it would also appear to be based upon current draw. If I pull 6amps on the unit (out of 15) the power supply doesn't get warm however, the fan will kick on anyhow. It does seem variable in that if I decrease the load, the fan slows down. Fortunately, I have this mounted in a closet so it is not noticeable.
One other mention about the fan. It is an ARX DC Brushless, 12v 0.13a, 15 cfm fan. If you google for that fan, it is sold on here for like $24 - $27 (elsewhere $16 to $18). For a basic fan, seems quite high in price considering the noise it produces.
The power supply has external access to a trim-pot allowing to tweak the desired voltage. I took several voltage measurements of the unit itself (One of the pictures I combined all the differences to). Ultimately, there is a +/- of almost 5v swing.
For a brief, I observed the following:
24.19v - out of the box measurement
20.89v - Adjusted all the way down
29.94v - adjusted all the way up.
Upper-right image on the measurement picture was just me setting it to 24v when I was done measuring.
There are 6 terminals for output (3 for positive(+), 3 for negative(-)). There are three terminals for the main voltage (Neutral, Line, ground). About the only ding I give here is that unlike other power supplies on the market, the Meanwell does not come with that little plastic swing cover to cover over the terminals.
I have a 6 amp load of LED strips, and wanted something that could handle double-that in the future, so I ended up with the 15amp (14.6a technically) power supply (leaving me 20% overhead so not ever fully loaded, which is how you should plan your projects). Final two pictures show's the supply working, and my mounted project :)
All in all, I am happy with the purchase. It does what it is supposed-to.

Bewertet in den USA am30. Januar 2024Stil: LRS-350-12: 12 V/29 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufThese are some of the more low profile powersupplies I've seen. I'm using them to power RGB Pixel controller boards. Out of the box, the multimeter read 12.04V but mine has never been calibrated. Either way, the adjustable screw is available in case you need to tweak the voltage.
Standard 3-wire in (ground, neutral, load), and 3 sets of postive (VDC+) and negative (VDC-) connections.

Bewertet in den USA am15. Juni 2020Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufI wish this supply had covered screw terminals, split between the AC and DC sides. Using this for FFF systems, and TEC modules. A lot of people look for these as a replacement power supply for the Ender 3 from Creality. If you are one of those people, be aware that this unit is much slimmer than the original PSU and the screw pattern is slightly different. It will fit the frame if you want, but the switch plate which comes with the machine will be the wrong size, print a new one from Thingiverse.

Bewertet in den USA am1. September 2020Stil: RSP-500-24:24V/21AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufMy OEM Ender 3 power supply died due to a busted capacitor. I'm running a Raspberry Pi, some LEDs and main board with an Ender Extender 400XL kit. Not sure if the OEM PS couldn't handle all the extra power load, so I got this unit, which will supply 500W vs the OEM 360W. I tried the Mean well 350W model but the printer would reset after bed heating, on the nozzle temp ramp up, so I either had a bad unit or too much power demand. Easy switch over to reconnect the OEM power switch and power to the 500. It's a slimmer case than the OEM with a smaller fan than the Meanwell 350W.
The fan turn on and off when needed and is the loudest fan on my printer. It doesn't always run, so that's good. I might replace it with an AIO case and a larger fan. Great power supply so far.

Bewertet in den USA am1. Januar 2021Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufDriving 3 50W LED lights and 1 9W for a total of 159W. A 350W supply to drive 159W, seems like over kill. Well I have tried 3 other brands of low cost power supplies at loads of about 75% capacity and I get what some call chirping. That being the light flashes on and off then repeats in a couple of seconds. I call that over current shutdown by the supply and a retry. Over current shutdown with 75% load is bad. This gets worse at temperatures below 30 F. I have not loaded this brand above 159W and cannot say if this brand suffers from the same under rating issue. The supply also has a better chassis than some other cheap brands. It's working great on a 159W load in cold weather down to 10 F.

ShawnBewertet in Kanada am 28. Juli 20233,0 von 5 Sternen Doesn't come with mounting brackets like in the main picture
Stil: LRS-350-24: 24 V/14,6 AGröße: 1 PACKVerifizierter KaufI bought this particular 24v power supply because in the picture it clearly shows that it comes with the mounting brackets to attach it to a wall. When I received both packages, neither of them had mounting brackets included. It's disappointing when the main picture shows something that isn't actually included. I am sure it works fine but I returned it on principle so I have no idea.
