I actually bought this for my dog. I cut it in half and taped it together to make @ 35 x 48 inch weather friendly mat. I have two … one for the office to protect her from the hard floor & one for home out on the deck. I can use this as well for floor exercises just as it is. Very good product! High quality!

This 1" (25mm) nitrile butadiene rubber mat is super plush and soft. I'm recovering from a knee injury so a very soft and thick mat like this is just what I need. The NBR material is almost completely odor-free and unrolls flat from the start. NBR is very soft and is not suitable for high-intensity workouts or shoes and could easily be damaged if treated roughly. It has low elasticity and rebounds slowly. (Do your research on materials; TPE, PU, and PER are good firmer alternatives, and different mats suit different needs).

I was having such a difficult time keeping up with my at home workout program but now with this new mat I can jump and it doesn't hurt my back! It supports my whole body with the thick pad and absorbs extra movement. It rolls up and back out nicely. However I did find it slipped a little but I was doing very fast back and forth shuffling with my feet. It is nice and thick and the straps I haven't used because I keep it at home anyways.
