So...I am self-diagnosed Gluten intolerant. After decades of stomach issues and doctor/hospital visits, where the only relief was a medicine that DID work, but found myself getting sick in other ways because of that medicine. One day many years ago saw "Gluten Free" on the shelf and said to myself "What is that all about"? After much research I decided to try, and FINALLY - RELIEF! But enough about that onto the review for these pancakes. Also after many years of trying to find products that I could eat without making me sick. Had to try many different foods SOME GOOD - SOME BAD. I can truly say these are THE BEST gluten free pancakes if not THE BEST PANCAKES EVER! So good in both flavor and texture - will continue to buy these regularly!
