These seem fairly accurate and while slight variations are expected, they both have fairly close readings. I also tested one in my bathroom and saw the humidity rise and eventually fall with the use of the vent/fan, and this confirmed its ability to detect changes. They're also a bit smaller than expected which is great since I don't want them to be the center of attention in my home. Came with batteries, auto refreshes frequently, the stand works well, no distracting LED lights - simple and does the job.

It displays the room temperature and the room humidity with a face emoticon that shows if it's a good or bad environment (Happy face, normal face, sad face).
