I recently acquired an SNES and external Xbox 360 HD DVD drive I wanted to use as I was able to get them for cheap along with some HD DVDs and some SNES games but neither of them had a power supply and nothing in my large box of miscellaneous cords matched the plug type and voltage. Cue this lovely set of adapters.Adapts a 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel jack to just about every connector type I might need or want. Saved me a bunch compared to buying dedicated power supplies for each device.Although the 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel jack is the most common size connector it can also be on any PSU from 5 volts all the way up to 24 volts, polarity and amperage is also an issue to keep in mind when using these. Do some research and double check so you don't blow up any fuses in your electronics and risk permanent damage to them.Another caveat is the fact that some official Dell laptop chargers have a third voltage line that talks to the laptop and lets it know it's the real deal and allows it to charge the battery which these adapters lack and therefore will not work with them, instead displaying a message saying the above but will still power up and allow you to boot.If you do any bit of dabbling in electronic work you needs these in your kit. Pairs nicely with one of those adjustable DC power supplies.

What else can I say? I repair & assemble equipment and oftentimes need to know the size of power inputs. If I do not have the original plug, these things are what I use. This is an upgrade for me. What would be better is - if they included with the package ALL of the photos and lists they have on Amazon. They don't, so I made my own. (To their credit, they do have a package insert which is a good start.) Note, that the "usage" photos with the power strips and purple circles could be the origin of the saying "What's wrong with this picture?"

I use this in my truck with a USB to 5.5mm cable for direct DC charging. I've charged my construction laser, flashlights, headlamps, small portable battery charger... This product has all the connectors I will ever need however few chargers supply +19v to this "standard" input. and are very expensive. So by it if you have one otherwise don't.

The connectors fit my newly purchased TKDY 19V 3.42A ac laptop power cable adapter; advertised as replacement for most 19Vdc equipment (65W power max). Luckily, one of them fit my CHUWI Corebox Pro just fine.
