I've tried a few different magnesium pills. Some seem to do nothing, others do too much and quickly. These definitely work for me. My amateur advice: Don't take 2 pills when you first begin taking these. Magnesium impacts people differently. Start slowly and work your way up to 2 pills or stay with one pill a day. Maybe even start with one pill every other day. The directions encourage taking two pills with your evening meal. All of these suggestions may reduce the risk of unwanted symptoms. Additional note: These pills are quite sizeable.

    Proceed with caution. This product is very effective and highly absorbable at the two capsule dosage. Within 10 days, I started having extreme itchiness all over my body. I also started having slight dizziness that lasted briefly until the 10 day mark, then I had extreme dizziness when I woke up before I got out of bed with my eyes spinning 360°. I had dizziness while I was walking, causing me to lose balance; throughout the day I felt dizzy. During the first 10 days, at times,I also had heart palpitations . I immediately stopped taking the product and everything returned to normal.

    I believe that the product caused my blood pressure to drop extremely low, which caused dizziness. I also think it caused an imbalance to the electrolytes because my mom was also taking the product and had extreme swelling in her legs and could not walk. If you have lymphedema or lymphatic blockages, do not take this product. If you have low blood pressure do not take this product as well.
