Top Note: For maximum performance you MUST have the orientation of the cord correct. On the input side the 100W must face the right way, and the adapter side didn't appear to be marked, but once I had the 100W side the right way, I flipped the other side around and all of a sudden everything attached to my Docking Station lit up and started working, web cams, microphones, etc.
I was getting display, some charging, and other features working when it was facing the wrong way, but I was spinning circles trying to figure out why it wasn't letting everything work. Once I got the orientation right, everything seemed great.
Seemed like an odd thing to have happening. I gave it 4 stars, because in the end it worked well for extending my short USB C docking station cord for a single cord hookup.
