Rated capacity? Battery capacity? Why is my power bank not providing as many charges as l expected?

All power banks have rated capacity and battery capacity differences. They arise due to energy loss in voltage conversion and efficiency. The number of charges always depends on rated capacity, generally 40-60% of battery capacity.
Why does my product recharge slowly?

1. Recharging to 100% about 2 hours requires the use of a charger of more than 65W; an 18W charger takes 5 hours to fully charge;

2. Temperature also has an impact to charging time, please avoid recharging immediately after high-power discharge.
Why does the displayed battery percentage number flash when charging?

It is not a display screen malfunction, but a design feature of the product to indicate charging status.
Can I bring this power bank on the plane?

Yes, the power bank complies with TSA requirements (<100Wh) and is approved for carry-on luggage during air travel.
Why did I fail to get the power bank charged with my existing cable, but the cable attached can charge it.

The possible reason may be that your type-c cable is not standard, it doesn't have CC pin.We suggest using the cable attached or cable of branded.

The Best Travel PoweAfter ordering and testing several highly-rated power banks, this CUKTECH 15 SE 20,000 mAh Power Bank is hands-down the best of the bunch for my needs—and I’m very picky. What I was looking for:
• ✅ Airplane safe – At 20,000mah, it hits the maximum battery size for the FAA limit and is totally fine for carry-on. No more worries at security or the gate.
• ✅ True pass-through charging on every port – This was a dealbreaker for me, and most power banks I tried only allow it on one port, maybe. It also significantly slowed down the charge and the output. With this one, I can charge the battery and still draw power from all ports at once - all at full speed. That makes a huge difference when traveling and trying to keep everything topped up.
• ✅ Fully powers my MacBook Pro – I’ve run it as my main power source while working remotely, and it keeps up without a hitch.
• ✅ Daisy chains like a champ – I’ve successfully used it in a multi-device setup: powering my MacBook, charging an external battery, running an iPad and phone—all through different ports—without issue. This thing handles complex loads like a pro.

Build quality is solid, charging speeds are fast (tested and hit up to 65 W per USB‑C port), and the digital battery display is a nice touch, although i wish it showed wattage not just percentage.

The only things I wish it had: a built-in AC wall plug and built-in cables. Those would make it absolutely perfect. But even without them, this is still the charger I’m keeping and traveling with. Everything else I ordered is going back.

If you’re looking for a compact, carry-on-compliant, high-output power bank that just works—and lets you charge multiple devices and itself at the same time at a reasonable price—this is it. Next comparable thing is the UGREEN Nexode but it's twice the price.
