He has research interests in invertebrate conservation and habitat management, as well as the ways in which people interact with the environment. I love Zots. Especially lemon and the orange flavors. However, the flavor of these cinnamon ones really threw me for a loop! - I have a love for hot cinnamon, so I was really looking forward to trying these. The outer shell of the candy had a nice mild cinnamon flavor. But when the fizz came out, OMG, sour!!! - My initial reaction was "Yuk!" - I tried another piece the following day and it didn't seem to taste as bad. I was hoping that the fizz powder in these would be cinnamon flavor, but it's not. It's sour! - The combination of sour and cinnamon is just too weird for me. I'm going to keep trying them. I expect that these will start to taste better as I eat more of them. An acquired taste as they say. LOL!
