Extremely relevant in 2020

Five stars. This book is extremely relevant for now, 2020, with so many tech issues facing society and most being poorly understood. This book lays out a methodology - Multiple Perspectives - for understanding complex technological issues and illustrates the application of the methodology through case studies. Dr. Linstone's expertise, from many years working at RAND, is applied to issues that seem so simple at first. Then I got a deeper understanding by reading the case studies. Elsevier ought to re-publish it, or give the rights to someone who will.
