Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Dear authors: please add a table of cases or an index!!! You can throw it in at the beginning of volume I if volume II is too long already. Studying at the end of the semester is a lot harder when you can't find the cases quickly and lacking an index will make it less useful as a reference when taking upper level IP also. Otherwise the book is great; the material is presented clearly, the notes are useful and well organized. Everyone love the price.
This is a surprisingly interesting book. Much less dry than I expected. For the IP novice (like me) it starts slow, explaining the principles, then building on the principles advances to current issues in IP.
I'm very happy with this casebook. It's well written, generally well edited by some of the most notable IP mavens in the US (there's a good share of international law covered, but since my class glossed over it, so did I).
