Studying at the end of the semester is a lot harder when you can't find the cases quickly and lacking an index will make it less useful as a reference when taking upper level IP also

Dear authors: please add a table of cases or an index!!! You can throw it in at the beginning of volume I if volume II is too long already. Studying at the end of the semester is a lot harder when you can't find the cases quickly and lacking an index will make it less useful as a reference when taking upper level IP also. Otherwise the book is great; the material is presented clearly, the notes are useful and well organized. Everyone love the price.
