This work draws on the practical experience of the West African Museums Programme in encouraging the establishment of museums which are responsive to local needs and which can contribute in vital ways to the growth and developmentof the community. The contributors argue that in the preservation of the cultural heritage of the community, the focal responsibility falls rather on the local museums than on the centrally-controlled national museums. They suggest that the running of local museums must harmonize with the national museums. Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
