At this incredibly high price the book should at least be properly formatted for reading on Kindle. The formatting appears to be a pdf. Whatever it is, it not possible to change the number of columns. The size of the text cannot be increased. You can have the page large enough to read, but then the page is too big to fit into the screen. I'd like to be writing about the contents of this book in a review, but in it's present formatting this book is not a readable on Kindle. Do not buy it until the formatting is done properly
