The conditions of globalization, including economic integration, fiscal discipline, introduction of information communications technologies and democratic governance, have increasingly forced states to redefine their role in public management and to reform the public administration system. However, there is growing realization amongst decision makers that policy and institutional reform per se will not be sufficient to revitalize the public sector. WAY over priced

Paper back 122 pages (that's 61 sheets of paper) makes this book cost nearly $1.00 per page. I guess the cost is due to the fact that no one wants to buy this book. If you are forced to buy it for a course, it sucks to be you.
