These are a BIG favorite for the bunnies as they feel productive when chewing up these willow balls! It keeps them busy and their teeth trimmed as they get enrichment between volunteer visits. Of course they don't last long!
Litterboxes get chewed up or begin cracking after years of constant use and cleaning. Everybun has at least one box each, sometimes 2. The jumbo ones are best for the BIG buns like New Zealands and Flemish Giants or pairs to use together.
We use paper shreds from an office building for most, but our foster homes really like the more absorbent and less dusty paper pellets like Yesterday's News, Exquisicat, or Oxbow's Ecostraw. Unscented please!
Most buns love these toys with a mixture of surfaces to chew on. If you purchase at Happy Rabbit Toys' website, they will match your donation! Please use this address:

Any brand is fine, we're not picky! We use these daily for quick cleanups, using a different one for each cage. After use they go in the compost bin to grow more veggies, and the empty rolls are used as toys. They help in more ways than one!
Sponsor a new bunny's snip or spay! Neuters are $25 and Spays are $35. You can do it online thru paypal or by calling our primary vet directly at 225-755-3838 and they can run a card over the phone and post it to our account. Any amount is helpful!
The MHRR truck brings rabbits to adoption days, local events, vet trips for spay/neuter and medical needs, and delivers supplies to the community. We go to Costco most often, but also any other station that is nearby and a good price.
We purchase hay & pellets in large quantities at wholesale prices directly from Oxbow. We pay a fraction of retail prices, which means that $20 spent on a 10lb bag of pellets at the store would purchase 50lbs of pellets if we purchased it ourselves.
