The list author says: "Have you ever wondered which books you should read to further your career in Enterprise Architecture? I proclaim that your self-guided plan to build your career will be worth more to you than a single education event, or a combination of studies on the various hardware your company owns.
The Enterprise Architect must have a multi-faceted perspective on many topics ranging from their technology expertise and department focus to the various areas of business in which their company operates. General knowledge in economics, finance and strategy are also necessary.
One area that often is sadly lacking, is the availability for good all around training in the human factors. Soft skills are often critical for the enterprise architect.
I invite you to peruse this list and see if you can't knock off all 25 in the next year on your pursuit to excellence as an IT architect"
