The list author says: "What makes an album a 'best' album? To me it is not how many grammys or publicity a album gets. It is much more than that to the average music appareciator. An album has to be an incredible listen from begining to end. Not one track is one you want to skip over. It is the album you have in your cd player or on your ipod in a constant loop for at least 2 weeks since it is available for the public. This list includes some of those albums since 1994 when I started buying them. Feedback is always appareicated."
"Best Album of 1999: An incredible concept record and an amazing performance of lyrics and musicianship. It is amazing that a band can create an entire story based on one song from one of their previous records from 7 year back."
"Best Album of 2007: These guys have been cranking out albums since 1984. This one sends a very powerful message to the world of politics. While there are many bands that do that Megadeth does it the right way!"
"Best Album of 2009: This singer song writter just poped out of nowhere and 'WOWed' me. The songs are so joyus to listen to and the music is origional and innovative. I think out of all the new artists I have grown to love these past 10 years this is the one whos' new release I am awaiting the most."
"Best Album of 2010: This album is something different. An entire soundtrack done by a brilliant colaboration of classical orchestra and techno-industrial music. This album is a masterpiece and will probably shape the way films are scored in the years to come."
"Best Album of 2014: For 20 years of music we get an incredible concept album. Each song a different sound, a different influence, a different impact. A perfect album for an American music appreciator."
